Care + Maintenance
How do I clean and care for my rug or blanket?
Rugs
- Keep out of high traffic and moist areas (e.i.bathrooms, outside)
- Shedding is normal for the first week. Sweep + vacuum regularly to help diminish shedding + maintain health appearance.
- *DO NOT MACHINE WASH* Spot clean any blemishing with a pinch of detergent on a damp washcloth by lightly dabbing the area. DO NOT drench washcloth.
Blankets
- Machine washable
Will the yarn colors fade over time?
No. Refrain from leaving your product(s) in direct sunlight, as this could cause discoloration.
Ordering + Customization
Do you take custom orders or commissions?
Yes. See Custom Orders to ensure they are open.
How do I request a specific design, size, or color?
You will be prompted to submit a design when filling out the Custom Order Form.
Size and colors will be discussed during consultation, post-form submission.
What is the turnaround time for pre-ordered rugs?
4-8 weeks unless displayed otherwise on the For Pre-Order page.

How are prices calculated (size, materials, complexity)?
$30 per square foot for rugs.
Complex designs are between an additional $5 and $20.
Blankets are by size & thickness.
Returns + Policies
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Pre-made rugs may be returned within 10 days of delivery in original condition.
Return Process
Email bydeesoray@outlook.com with:
- Your order #
- Your reason for return
- Clear photos of the rug’s condition
Once approved, package the rug securely and returned at your own cost.
Refunds are issued after the rug is received and inspected.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item(s) arrives damaged, please email bydeesoray@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Can I cancel a custom order once it’s started?
If you cancel your custom order after work has commenced, the deposit is non‑refundable.
Custom rugs, crafted to your specific design and dimensions, are not eligible for return or exchange once completed, as their specifications prevents resale.
Shipping + Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. For custom orders, there is an additional $20 shipping fee.
How long does shipping/delivery take once my rug is finished?
Shipping: 1-3 days
Delivery: typically 2-5 business days
Shipping Options
Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
Priority Mail Express: Next-day to 2 days
How much does shipping cost?
Calculated by transit time, package weight and shipping option selection at checkout.
For custom orders, free national shipping, $20 international shipping fee.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
For safety reasons, local pickup/delivery is not an option.
